Does Phil Galfond coach 1:1?
I do, but only occasionally, and right now my 1:1 spots are full. I only look for long-term, in-depth, mentorship opportunities. Which means it's a big commitment, time-wise and financially. Very few people are right for it, but I'm very proud of what I've helped those few people accomplish. Is poker mindset and career coaching worth it?
How you approach the game – your decision-making, your consistency, and the life you're building around poker – is as important as anything else in the game. That's a lot of what we work on in BTG, and players who put in the work tend to get a lot more out of it than they expected. The bottom line is that I wouldn't do it if I didn't believe in it.
